Barramundi Curry with Green Beans


Ingredients : 4 -5 serving

600g barramundi fillet

2 cups of chopped beans

1 onion

3 tomatoes

5 garlic cloves minced

1 Tablespoon of ground ginger

2 fresh chillies (options)

1 cup of chopped fresh coriander

1 Tablespoon cumin seeds

1 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1 tablespoon garam masala powder

1/2 Tablespoon chilli powder

3 Tablespoons coconut oil

200ml coconut milk

Coat the fish with turmeric powder and black pepper and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Chop beans and tomatoes. Fry the coriander seeds in coconuts oil.

お魚にターメリックパウダーとブラックペッパーを擦り込んで冷蔵庫で30分程寝かせる。インゲンとトマトを切る。コリアンダーの粒をココナッツオイルでさっと炒める。

Add garlic and ginger. Add chilies and spices, fry lightly and add onions.

ニンニクと生姜を加える。更に唐辛子とスパイスを加え、軽く炒めたら玉ねぎを加える。

Once the onions are lightly cooked, add tomatoes and green beans and fry lightly over medium heat.

玉ねぎが馴染んだら、トマトとインゲンを加え中火で軽く炒める。

Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, then add the fish. Add chopped coriander and coconut milk and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve with rice and enjoy.

弱火で30分程煮込んだら、魚を加える。更に刻んだコリアンダーとココナッツミルクを加えて更に15分程煮込んだら出来上がり。
