Zucchini and Corn Salad

Zucchini and Corn Salad ★ ズッキーニとコーンのサラダ .

This salad is an easy but so yummy and flavourful vegetable side dish made with fresh corn and my favourite vegetable zucchini.

簡単に出来て、持ちも良く、甘いコーンと私が最近ハマっているズッキーニ君との相性最高のサラダです。パルメザンやグラナパダーノをお好みで掛けて美味しく頂いて下さい。

★ Ingredients : 4-5 servings
* 1 red onion chopped.
* 3 zucchini chopped.
* 1 carrot chopped.
* 3 corn boiled.
* 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic.
* 1 Tablespoon of oregano flakes.
* 1 Tablespoon of parsley.
* Olive oil, salt & pepper,lemon juice, Parmesan/Grana Padano.

★ 材料 : 約4〜5人分
* 玉ねぎ 1個 みじん切り
* ズッキーニ 3本 みじん切り
* 人参1本 みじん切り
* 茹でトウモロコシ 3本
* ニンニクみじん切り小さじ1
* オレガノのフレーク大さじ1
* パセリのフレーク大さじ1
* オリーブオイル、塩コショウ、レモンジュース、パルメザンかグラナパダーノのチーズお好みで。

トウモロコシを茹でている間に野菜を切る。茹で上がったトウモロコシは包丁で削り落とす。

フライパンにオリーブオイルとニンニクを熱して、野菜を炒める。塩コショウとハーブパウダーで味付けて出来上がり。
